Margaret Ulmer

Margaret Ulmer, 80, of Independence, MO passed away on August 15, 2006 at her home.

A visitation will be held from 9-10 a.m. on Friday, August 18, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will follow at 10 a.m. in the chapel.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Margaret was born on April 16, 1926 in Hamilton, Scotland. She married Earl "Pete" Ulmer on April 14, 1945 in Blackpool, England.

She is survived by her husband, Pete Ulmer; son, Robert Dean Ulmer of Wellsville, KS; 2 grandchildren, Shawn Wesley Ulmer and Kelly Ulmer Siler; 3 great grandchildren; brother, John Conroy of Punta Gorda, FL; and sister, Grace Lyons of Melbourne, FL.
